Before and After - Flowers

I wanted to share another photo from Sadie and Micah's wedding day with you. Her bouquet was gorgeous, and she also added her grandmothers rosary to it as well. I always love little personal touches like this. I snapped this as we were waiting to walk over to the church for the ceremony.

I did not do too much to alter this photo, I zoomed and cropped a tad and adjusted levels and curves. I added TRA's EZ-Burn and dropped the opacity to 40% to frame the flowers a bit.  I did not want to do to much to this photo just wanted to add a little more pop to it since the original was a little flat.

I wanted to share another photo from Miss Haydyn's first birthday session in Galveston this past weekend. She would not let those sunglasses go, but they totally made this girl the most stylish toddler I have ever seen.

Miss Haydyn

For my entry this week for Black and White Wednesday I am sharing a photo from a session I had this past weekend. I headed out to Galveston to take some photos of Miss Haydyn for her first birthday. We found this really cute pavilion that provided some great shade so we shot away. Haydyn at first did not want to give up the car keys, but we quickly replaced them with her Aunts sunglasses, and this was the result....

My First Vlog

Hey guys - this is my first attempt at a vlog. I am also not even sure if my guilty pleasures even count as real guilty pleasures, oh well. Hope you enjoy it!

 Also - as I type this, I am watching Teen Mom and will probably watch the Real World tomorrow...another guilty pleasure...

Rings

I am pretty excited to show this before and after simply because I am pretty happy that I finally got a good ring shot. I always had a problem focusing on rings and I think this shot is my best ring shot yet.

Mr. Dalton

This past weekend my husband and parents headed to New Orleans to see family and for the boys annual Oyster Run. My cousin also set up a family shoot for her coworker - so Sunday, after some time change confusion (thank you clouds!) we headed out to City Park to take some family photos of Vanessa, her husband, their daughter Sophie and son Dalton. This shot is right at the end of the session, but his face is priceless here.

Emotion

As I was going though photos from my first birthday session for Miss Coley I came across this photo. I think this shows that you can get a great photo even if your eyes are not open. I think she looks adorable in this shot. If I remember correctly her mom and Grandma were singing to her, and she thought it was hilarious.
