I hate that my vacation is over with my BFF

and that I had to leave these 2 this past weekend – miss them already!

That my bag weighed 51 pounds and I had to take something out, so I took part of Turner's present out...fast forward to the security line. This idiot just remembered that finger paints were part of the package. Needless to say it was unwrapped and they were disposed of by security. Major Fail.

 That it is going to take 14-21 days for my new iPhone 5 to ship – hello impatience

 

Believe it or not I hate that I am back in the heat....it was so cold in Arkansas but a nice change!

That the nail lady filed my nails too short for my liking, loving the shellac, the length not so much

Yeah...I also hate that I need to unpack...who wants to do that for me?

oh and traffic? yeah you are back on my hate list, you completely sucked this AM.

Hatin' on Tuesday - Vol. 2

Traffic is something that I will always hate, but I hate it even more when some little kid nearly rear ends and sideswipes me because he is flying down the freeway. 

PS. I hope you felt satisfied for that whole 2 feet you gained on me in traffic.

 

SO True.

 When people do not wave when you let them in your lane. HUGE pet peeve seriously I always wave, you should too.

The days leading up to vacation, they ALWAYS drag, come on Friday!

Cleaning the cat litter box, can I just hire a maid for this one sole purpose??

Also, I hate it when you think your nails are dry and you go to sleep and wake up and your nails have sheet fibers molded into them because they were in fact, not dry.

 The fact that paypal only lets you transfer $500 a month to you bank.

 My iPhone 4 and its home button. DOES. NOT. WORK. 2 More days and I am ready for an upgrade!

How my week went...

Bentley decided that he wanted my cupcake

YAY for starting the day off with a Pumpkin Spice Latte...totally needed after the 5AM workout

I got a bad blister on the inside of my ring finger after crossfit and my rings barely fit...hello chubby finger. 

Bentley loves going outside, he was eye balling the kids down the street

 Saturday we tried out a new pizza place by us the Mellow Mushroom...the spinach dip was really good but we are sticking to Grimaldi's

I got one of my Groopdealz mini baubles in the mail on Saturday and was less than pleased with the mismatching whites...

 We fought the rain Saturday night and went to the Dynamo game, true fans!

...annnnd we got the win!

Rain? What rain....

 

Finished the weekend off with the season premiere of Revenge, 666, and kitty snuggles!

DIY Glitter Mug

I actually saw this DIY project on The Paper Mama’s blog and then I searched Pinterest. When I saw it I knew I had to do this.

I sprayed the outside of the inside cup vs the inside of the outside cup, I never follow the rules and I always hand wash these cups anyway so to me it did not matter which cup I did. Just don’t spray the inside of the inside cup unless you want to drink glitter. To each his own. = ) 

You need to following to glitterfy your cup: 

Spray adhesive glue 

Glitter 

A double walled cup that twists apart 

 

Step 1: Spray your mug – I suggest using gloves, I definitely got glue on my hands lol 

Step 2: Sprinkle the glitter all over and then shake of the excess glitter 

 Step 3: Wait for it to dry then screw it back together, fill with your favorite beverage and enjoy!

It's OK

It’s ok to be royally pissed at AT&T because they told me I am not up for upgrade yet which I know is a lie

To be super excited that starting today I have the whole weekend to myself

That I had to beg for the girl at HEB to blow up my balloons because I had no idea that there was a helium shortage, I mean really is our economy THAT bad that we have no helium?

That I have no motivation today whatsoever and that I keep getting angry that today is Thursday and not Friday

That I am counting the days, hours, minutes until I get to go fly to see my BFF in Arkansas, and then continue to count the minutes until Mexico

To be excited for out possible Hawaii vacation that is not until next summer

To be excited about possibly photographing a wedding in Hawaii next summer

To be excited about my first Lacoste polo…those things are not cheap, thanks to my cousin that is a supervisor at the Galleria for hooking it up

Hatin' on Tuesday

Another day of things I hate…

Fender benders, yep Saturday morning started off getting rear ended while trying to merge onto the freeway, minor damage, his truck was effed though. Thank you Nissan Pathfinder you kept a girl safe!

Traffic. For no reason. Really, I was stranded on the freeway for 11 hours…ok maybe an hour but it seemed like 11 on Saturday, so of course I pulled off the road and went shopping.

Sunburns. Yes I know there is that little thing called sun block, but burns still happen.

Shopping with the hubs. I love you but could you please last more than .5 seconds in a Target, or any store at all?

Sleepless nights. UGH. That is all.

HUMIDITY. Really could have done without that at my shoot Saturday AM. Calm it down!

 My hate for the day Tuesday is getting a break today since yesterday was a day off, I'm sure my dislike for you will return next week.

In other news, I was totally stoked that the Pumpkin Spice Latte came back today! I definitely cannot make it a habit but it was a great treat this morning!
